In week two you publish your first must-read or module and assign it to that role. Then the confirmations come in: the first moment you know live who is ready.

The rest — trajectories, quality checks, certificates, your own web address — are switches you flip when you are ready. There is nothing to migrate before you begin; your existing documents stay where they are.
