Training · Compliance · Proof

The work happens in Oanax. So does the proof.

Oanax is one workspace in which you define what your people must be able to do, must read and must prove — and in which they actually do that work. The record of the work is therefore your evidence. No second administration, because there was never a first one.

How it works

Assign once

Build a module once and assign it by role. Everyone holding that role gets it — today, and the day someone new starts.

Work on the job

People work through the steps where the work is: read the document, tick the checklist, upload the photo, answer the questions, get signed off.

The proof writes itself

Every step records who did it, when, what was uploaded and who approved it. Certificates issue themselves, with an expiry date.

In Oanax a procedure, a training and an inspection are the same object with a different label — so your whole organisation works in one system instead of three.

Looking ahead

See in March who will not be deployable in June.

Every certificate in Oanax carries an expiry date and a status. You look ahead per person, per role or per department: what expires in the coming months? The refresher goes out while there is still time — instead of the planner finding out when the technician is already on the road.

  • Expired and revoked certificates stay visible as what they are.
  • When someone completes the module again, the new certificate is issued automatically.
  • No spreadsheet for anyone to maintain — the expiry date is part of the certificate itself.

Three pillars

Compliance & must-reads

Assign a procedure by role and capture the confirmation. Know who has read the current revision — and who has not.

Practical training

Trajectories that chain modules and milestones into a development path, with a mentor who follows along and signs off.

Monitoring

See per person, per role and per department what is open, what is overdue and which certificate is about to expire.

Your workspace, your switches

Every organisation gets its own workspace: own members, roles, branding and, if you want, its own web address and installable app on the phone. Almost everything is a switch — a workspace that only does must-reads shows only must-reads.

You turn on what you need. The rest stays out of sight.

AI that takes work off your hands — not the judgement

AI helps with the setting up: from a short objective to a draft module, question set or trajectory. Nothing is published automatically; a human reviews every suggestion. And the personal advisor proposes nothing to someone who already has too much open — they first see what to clear.

What Oanax is not

Not an LMS that only tracks whether someone watched a course.

Not a document management system — your quality manual stays where it is.

Not recruitment software. That exists in Oanax, but it is not what this is about.

Not a KPI dashboard. Monitoring is about people and work, not charts.

Start with one role and one procedure. Everything else is a switch you turn on later.
