How do I know who is qualified for what?
Roles carry the requirements, certificates the proof. Per person you see what is earned, what is open and what is about to expire.
In Oanax a role describes more than permissions: it carries what someone in that role must know and be able to do — which must-reads, which modules, which certificates. Whoever gets the role gets the requirements with it.
Per person you then see the real picture: earned certificates with expiry dates, running modules with progress, and what is still missing. Per role or department you see the same at a glance for the whole group.
That is the difference with a qualification matrix in Excel: this one updates itself, every time someone completes something.
