Yes — that is the whole idea. You assign by role, and everyone holding that role gets it. Including whoever starts next month.
In Oanax you assign modules and must-reads not to individual names but to roles. Everyone holding the role gets the work — and whoever gets the role later, a new colleague for instance, automatically gets it too.
The system also computes the other direction: how many people should have this based on their role, and do not yet? That number is your compliance gap, computed instead of chased.
Assigning to one person is of course still possible — for tailored work, or a task that concerns only one someone.
