A reusable block of work or learning: steps, checklists, attachments and questions. Build once, assign endlessly.
A module is Oanax's building block: a bounded piece of work or learning, made of steps. Each step can hold an instruction, a checklist, attachments, questions with a pass mark, and sign-off rules.
You build a module once and assign it — to a role or to a person. Every assignment becomes a task with its own status, deadline and progress. If the work repeats (a yearly instruction, a monthly check), the task repeats itself.
What you call them is up to your workspace: modules, templates, activities — the label is configurable, the mechanism the same.
