What is a trajectory?

A development path: modules and milestones chained together, with progress visible to the member, the mentor and you.

A trajectory chains modules and milestones into a path — from new colleague to independently deployable, or from current role to the next. Steps can be enforced in order: finish this first, then continue.

A mentor can follow along: they see progress, answer questions next to the work and sign off where required. Learning on the job gets someone behind it, instead of just happening.

At the end there is something to show: completed modules, and where it is set up that way, a certificate issued automatically.
